Management can have their failings sometimes, but they have everywhere I’ve ever worked. The company is experiencing a period of growth, so some things such as systems/workloads are suffering as they work through the teething issues that come with growth. The finance team are in a separate office round the corner as the company grew out of the current office, which can make it difficult for the two offices to get to know each other well. Benefits aren’t amazing at the moment, but they know this and are working on it.
