Highly Recommend Apprenticeship - great place to work
Pros
- Great culture for young people starting out their career’s – apprenticeship programme, graduate intakes, junior recruiters - Fun seasonal conferences, regular team socials & incentives - Good benefits for a ‘smaller’ organisation; strong pension, gym allowance, wellbeing support - Strong progression structure in all avenues of recruitment; I’ve received 3 promotions all reflected strongly in basic salary - Bonus scheme reflected to reward high performers; high earning potential and split to support even spread of finances (performance based) - Flexibility in working hours; opportunity to work four days a week, early finishes, flexi hours and hybrid working model for full time employees - More recent internal workshops, training opportunities and sharing of best practices and processes to support development and performance - Upcoming development of tech packages and use of AI for efficiencies - I’d highly recommend the apprenticeship programme to anyone who is looking for a degree apprenticeship programme or a career in recruitment – there are great success stories :)
Cons
- A limited HR structure due to business size which could support with internal processes, communication, and employee related matters - Future hiring needs include bringing in more experienced recruiters to balance the workforce, also to give apprentices or those with 2-4 year tenure further learning/ coaching opportunities as mentors/managers could often be stretched
