The team is amazing supportive, smart, and genuinely fun to work with. You feel trusted from day one, and your ideas don’t just disappear into the void; people actually listen. The pace is fast, but in a good way -you learn a lot and get real responsibility. Managers are approachable, communication is open, and you can really feel the impact of your work. Great place if you want to grow quickly and be part of something exciting.

Cons

It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, so if you need super-stable routines, it may feel intense. Some processes are still being built as the company grows. Sometimes priorities shift quickly - not a bad thing, just requires flexibility and good self-organization.
