Zicom is by far best place I have ever worked. The work is fun and challenging and my role allows me to interface across many different parts of the organization. The products are evolving and there are lots of interesting Challenges to work on. The company is filled with some amazing talent, especially on the engineering side of the house.

Cons

Like any Growing Organization, things are always changing and you have to flexible and adaptable.
