      Pros

      Great new products that really impress offices and dentists will purchase. Management has made positive changes that will pay off in the long run.

      Cons

      Marketing support is weak as there is little brand recognition.

      Pros

      Zila is a great place to work now that the company has been purchased. The products have been around forever and customers recognize them.

      Cons

      The downside is that although the company has been around for over 20 years they have not made any product enhancements so it makes it hard to be competitive.
