      Pros

      I must say that working at Zindigo has opened up many doors for me because what I earned in experience was a gold mine. I started out as a digital marketer but then morphed into a designer as well as a marketer. There were opportunities to do projects that I was more interested in and my creativity flourished. Working at a start-up environment will always have that benefit. This one in particular was varied in its needs and as long as you have the skill set and are always pushing yourself to learn more, upper management noticed that.

      Cons

      The schedule and hours can be very demanding and stressful, but that is to be expected with a small start-up.You will literally always find that with smaller companies with smaller staff.

      Pros

      It's great here - I help ambassadors get their shops started and their excitement and energy to grow their own businesses is really inspiring, a lot of ambassadors are having a great sales - its really cool.

      Cons

      There are none, except maybe a few former employees who are just negative and jealous so they post weird bs instead of getting on with their lives

      Pros

      It is a pleasure working for a start up that is revolutionizing two industries, fashion and social commerce. The CEO has many years experience in tech, fashion and start ups and I have gained lots of knowledge from him. I have worked in 3 separate divisions and have been promoted several times. All staff are treated like family. We work normal hours and only 3 hours every other Saturday. The salary is very competitive for the area. Beautiful offices on a marina so coming to work feels like going on vacation every day.

      Cons

      They can use additional staff to take on all the new brands.
