Pros
You will learn a lot period. Not just your programming skills will get accelerated more than that you will learn basics eg how something works. Never seen a company like this. I am wondering why they are shutting their door.
Cons
Clarion company which funds Zingma is the main con. Politics there impact Zingma people.

Pros
If you love developing great stuff in mobile apps this company is a very good place to be in. The management will be quick to understand your hunger and they will assign the right projects to you. Think about this, what if you wanted to work at a place where yo don't feel like doing a job. Its literally family environment here. I work here as a junior software engineer and everything I have been able to learn here in a year is remarkable. The guys here take a real engineering approach to solve problems, more than anything I have learnt here how to develop great mobile solutions thinking from the scratch. No hanky panky processes, flexible timings and work culture, these guys are funded by a good VC and hence good job security.
