Zipmex is a really fast moving business looking to achieve some massive targets and enrich the lives of everyday people across South East Asia. Despite this pace, the culture is incredibly supportive where people from all the different offices collaborate really well together. Our team are really special and I am a big believer that people make the business. Our people are amazing! This is lead by the Senior management team who are incredibly open and supportive with all of our staff. There is constant recognition for people going above and beyond and our people are genuinely valued by the business.

The business is growing incredibly fast and from time to time roles arent completely clear. That said the people we have are able to quickly work through this and support each other to achieve the results the company is after. However, you need to be able to think on your feet and be adaptable to be successful
