Sometimes interesting work. No problems with regular managers (who is responsible for work planning, assigning tasks to developers, etc..), no problems with HR dept.

Cons

Many issues with company management, many people was laid of or leave itself because of unreliable financial status of the company in last year. Relatively monothonic work, no new experience after two years. Poorly organized management -- most significant problem. This includes top management and management of software development deparatament.
