Related to your feedback about limited growth opportunities - Zoltek has a robust succession planning workshop that is completed annually by all managers. This encourages managers to review their teams and identify areas of strengths, opportunities for growth, and career paths within the organization in the future. Hopefully your manager has shared some of this information with you and has provided you with feedback, but if not we highly recommend having a one on one discussion with them about it to better understand the potential for next steps at Zoltek.
