      Pros

      Big focus on team-work and building success together, everyone is incredibly collaborative, and always willing to help. Im lucky to be surrounded by top performers and genuine leaders. The company has great future goals and realistic path to get there. It's fast paced and there are so many opportunities for initiatives and development.

      Cons

      It's a start up. There are some growing pains, not all processes are built out yet. A lot of effort is done in order to improve, across the board.
