      Pros

      You will get a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. The atmosphere here is really fast-paced and the people are really helpful. Management is great, the product is great as they are solving the major issue related to public commute.

      Cons

      I didn't find any con's, but if you really want to learn and grow then choose this organization.

      1. Great business problem to solve 2. Founders are learned and down to earth, mentor the team and care for the team 3. Awesome team and colleagues 4. Culture of cohesiveness, learning and hustling 5. Persormance matrix is OKR driven

      1. Great learning experience. The problem we are solving is unique and learning is excellent 2. The start up culture is well kept. People are approachable and helpful 3. I joined the team recently and I had a great on boarding experience. They were ready with their OKR’s, gave clarity on role and the management team took me out for lunch
