There are opportunities to broaden your horizons, colleagues are nice, overall a good environment to work in for most.
Cons
Not enough career movement; lots of office politics on the higher up, which often leads to a lack of focus during execution

work from home is a good option they provide. Also since the staff is from all over the world its a liberal working culture
Cons
i dont know may be working form home can be boring also it is not a big brand name as of now in India so it is a bit difficult to work at times.
