      Pros

      The people you work with make you want to come in the next day. There is a strong camaraderie within the departments. Room for growth for all individuals and positions you just need to be willing to raise your hand when the opportunity arises. Mentoring is always welcomed by management. You don't get praised by coming to work, you get praised for doing your work. The moments I have been able to grow in the company is when i have been honest and willing to take on a new challenge.

      Cons

      The need to have more clear goals that the entire company can get behind. When times are hard the stress is contagious and can get people derailed.

      Pros

      Young, energetic staff who all care about the company and want to see it succeed. Good products, energetic distributors.

      Cons

      Decision making is not always strategic, or well thought out. Most of management team lives out of town, which means there is not a senior presence in the office.
