There is a good culture, strong collaboration within the team and across the departments. The HR team spend a lot of time nurturing this, which has resulted in employee forum feedback where everyone has a voice. It is an enjoyable place to work when in the office.

Being agile requires an open mind, as solutions / technology evolve or when new regulations impact the day to day this requires change. It can be challenging but rewarding.
