Pros
Very warm team and nice company events, even remotely as well. Very nice office, though often empty due to Covid.
Cons
It often felt like being a freelancer. You got a little thrown to the customers and needed to figure out what your actual job is. There was no existing product specialised management in place, which brought all product managers to quit around the same time. The customer projects were often outside of the scope of the product managers. Pain was also time tracking as every minute was supposed to be tracked accordingly
