Pros
Flexible working, work from home, central location, fair and good senior management, mostly enjoyable work.
Cons
In most cases the senior manager and management team are wonderful however some managers did micro manage and use bullying tactics. Managers would send unprofessional messages and communicate aggressively on calls to make you uncomfortable. These problems were never raised to the line manager and was never documented in any way. This behaviour went on despite performance reviews being positive.
