The people who work on the bebetter wellness product and service are great and believe in what they are doing. Most are virtual however so you don't get a lot of face time with them.
The product itself has many strengths, it is a solid product but is somewhat underfunded compared to the biggest competitors. It is perfect for smaller businesses but has less features than some of the biggest wellness vendors.
