      Pros

      The best part about Blumarc is the people and the way they care for one another. Aside from the individuals within Blumarc, the opportunity for growth is like no other. If you are someone that is looking for a fun work environment, where you can also experience rapid growth; Blumarc is the place for you!

      Cons

      Blumarc forces you to get out of your comfort zone and grow into someone/ something you didn' t think would be possible. If you're not looking to get pushed out of your comfort zone and grow within a company, this might not be the right company for you.

      Pros

      Work environment: Very team oriented, there were always people around willing to help and everyone worked as a team to make sure that you succeeded. Team nights every week where we would just get a chance to hang out with everyone outside of the workplace. Biggest opportunity for growth and advancement in a short amount of time that I've seen in a company Company culture: based completely on integrity and honesty

      Cons

      Took two weeks to get back to me after my second interview.

      Pros

      Working with Blumarc was not only the highlight of my career, but the best decision I could of made coming directly out of college. The one on one attention I received from coaches along with the positive work culture allowed for my personal growth and development.

      Cons

      We have a company culture which encompasses team work and we would like it to remain this way! If you have an attitude consisting of constant negativity we appreciate the interest but it would be best to further your career else where.
