      Pros

      I feel as though they try to treat their employees very well. I wouldn’t like to provide much detail as I don’t want to disclose my position in the company. They are flexible, good time off, good benefits, friendly work environment, even remotely. They did a fantastic job keeping and moving us home during covid.

      Things are constantly changing here. Things are often being added to your plate.

      Pros

      Fast paced and challenging, learn a lot quickly, never a dull moment, great leadership, if you are invested in the job; the job will be invested in you. Hard work pays off. Nothing is handed to you - would you want it to be? Support based environment with a coaching culture. They want you to develop to push us all forward. Bolt leadership and IT did a phenomenal job getting us home and keeping us employed, what a testament to caring about us during a global pandemic. Our business continued without skipping a beat. Our leadership does a great job virtually. It’s inclusive and supports communication using technology.

      Cons

      Ramp up quickly is our culture. This can be hard for some. We are growing quickly, so some moments can be very hard. Sometimes we can be a little closed minded so we have to be extra clear communicators and listeners, this is advice to all; not always applied. The cons are far less than the pros.

      Pros

      Superior access is a great place to work, the management is friendly and personable, pay and benefits are great. And it’s an awesome product that is easy to get behind as a salesperson. They treat their employees great and are always looking to improve.
