      High impact, helping women around the world grow their businesses or give them inspiration to navigate the journey. Team is full of A-Players who get things done but also know how to have fun. Our last team off site was in Napa for 3 days. I

      Cons

      It's a lean team and mostly remote. Luckily we run events where everyone can meet up quite frequently.

      - Amazing group coworkers. Everyone is kind, intelligent, and hardworking and will not hesitate to shout you out if you're doing a great job. - Lots of room for growth in your career -- they encourage an entrepreneurial mindset and will coach you when you need help. - People are mindful of your time and discourage too many miscellaneous meetings. - You can work from anywhere! - This is a company dedicated to helping female entrepreneurs reach their full potential, and this uplifting sentiment permeates through the entire company. Collaboration over competition is actually practiced AND preached. - I feel like I learn something new every day!

      Cons

      Bossbabe is currently operating with a lean team and it's easy to start taking on too much if you say yes to every project/idea, so just be upfront about your workload and the team will respect that.

We are committed to the annual in-person retreats but also are brainstorming more ways we can get additional opportunities for in-person collaboration.
