Pros

Senior management come from significant backgrounds in the media industry and if that is the industry you are trying to break into have a lot of value and education to give. I appreciate having health benefits in a small but growing company. Salaries are competitive with opportunity to grow into higher paying and responsibility positions over time. The team here all work very hard and are a great group to be a part of. All in all, the company is doing amazing things within the video media industry and it is cool to be a part of something like this in North Idaho.

Cons

The building can be kind of wonky and is a bit old. Timelines tend to take longer then expected, but I think that is getting better.

Amazing culture - the kind of place you enjoy walking into every day. bDF is a supportive, team-focused environment where everyone's ideas are heard and we are all working together towards the same goal. We work in a really fun industry and are surrounded by incredibly talented and creative people; it'd be really hard not to be happy here.

Cons

There are no downsides to this job.

I simply love the team at byDesign Films. Genuinely kind people, true pioneers and innovators, dedicated to excellence, dreaming big for their clients. I feel so grateful to be in a work environment filled with smiles and a positive vibe. It’s contagious and makes work so much fun.

Cons

One won’t prosper with this company only if they choose not to.
