I'm surrounded by very smart people who push me to be better. There's a collective drive to succeed and create a sustainable, long lasting company that will have a significant impact on the world. I regularly feel challenged in a constructive way and excited about the progress being made. I won't be leaving unless I get dragged out!

Cons

This isn't for everyone. If you want to coast or if you're looking for something steady with minimal change, this probably isn't the place.
