Pros
- fun team and the best coworkers - benefits: complementary drinks, gym, sports classes, workshops etc. - great lunch cafeteria - interesting work: the product assortment is huge! Many brands! - on-site parking available
Cons
- Feedback culture - when you complain to HR they tell you to solve it yourself basically. Very disappointed. - the product team does everything and way to much. Would be best to allocate tasks to the correct departments and share responsibilities. - too many meetings, which makes work often not as efficient as it could be
