Pros

I've worked with this company for many years and have seen the company grow from a dozen to over two hundred employees. The main strength has always been the people. Key directors have inspired the staff with their vision, enthusiasm and open attitude and this has created working environments which have been a pleasure to work in. There have been "growing pains" along the way and sometimes employees have been impatient for changes to come through but they have always worked to improve matters. The UL acquisition has been a very positive change and as the title suggests I think there is no better time to join the company. The working environment is open and sociable as always but we have better working processes and structures, particularly in the development teams.

Cons

Recruitment is never easy and this can cause emotions to run high. This company knows that people are key to it's success so if the fit isn't right and things don't work out they won't keep people on for the sake of it. Some people may be alarmed when a new employee doesn't make it past the end of their probation period but other employees find it reassuring.

Pros

cr360 is a young company, although we have been around since 2002 our growth has come in the last few years and that growth is set to continue for many years to come. The board remain very engaged in the day to day running of the firm and are a talented, hard working and nice bunch of folks. For anyone that's experienced corporate life, and no doubt for those that have not, cr360 is a true breath of fresh air. People are trusted, supported and given unique opportunities to influence the growth and direction of the business. That said the board have a solid vision and know what's needed to succeed in our market and retain an entrepreneurial approach to business. The product is also head and shoulders above the competition and developing rapidly. Vitally this development is 100% client lead, so if the software changes it is always in line with the demands of the market. Clients like and trust cr360, we have a great client base that expands every month! Really exciting and very rewarding place to work.

Cons

Rapid growth is not without it's challenges in any business. Processes are being developed as we develop, so the business is very dynamic, if you need stability and don't cope well with change and being given responsibility this is probably not the right place for you.

Pros

When someone asks me about my job, I generally go on about how much I like it. For context, I have been working in sustainability for over a decade in multiple organisations and my job satisfaction has been both high and low in the past. That doesn't mean this role is always perfect, but below is a list of things I like: - The company is fast growing and there are lots of opportunities - A lot of autonomy and trust is given to our team (flat structure) - Line manager is excellent in their role, but also as a people manager - The product itself is good by industry standards - The work is challenging - The breadth of cr360's coverage (CSR, EHS, compliance, risk, supply chain etc.) - Founders care about the product and the company - The product is evolving as the company grows so there is always something new to learn. - Lots of the staff are great both professionally and socially. The culture is very friendly and welcoming with plenty of opportunities for socialising. - Great client base covering diverse sectors and geographies, which means dealing with interesting people and plenty of international work.

Cons

Quick growth comes with growing pains and we are currently putting more processes in place. This is necessary and it is improving the company, but it does take additional time and effort away from people's day jobs (although that is pretty standard when there is a lot of growth or change in any organisation). While there is a useful intranet and some decent systems, there are still gaps and room for improvement on our knowledge sharing. The workload is occasionally quite demanding (because of client deadlines, not cr360 policies) but this is probably the norm for most jobs that are challenging enough to enjoy.
