Great people to work with and social studio culture. Supportive senior staff. High-quality, exciting projects. As a part 2 I have felt supported in my professional development and had many opportunities to have design input, go on client meetings, go to site etc.

Cons

Flexible working would be a good addition but they are very understanding with doctors and other appointments.

The studio is made up of a great bunch of people, lots of laughter and really supportive senior team. There are plenty of opportunities to grow your career in whichever way suits you as an individual.

Cons

More flexible working opportunities would be good.
