Ownership was extremely detached, & would recycle senior mgt very often.

Pros
Most co-workers were friendly & fun to work with.
Cons
Poor management, lack of communication & no trust of management. Little investment into equipment & plant. Benefits are expensive & lack coverage. Human Resources would change & take away benefits without timely notification if any at all.
