Pros
Excellent company values, continues training, no micromanagement, senior management is there to help you when you need, directors are very friendly and in general the whole team feels like a family, freedom to run your projects on your own, place full or professionals
Cons
The only that I can think of they should have more flexibility on remote/hybrid working options
