      I really like working for eCarsTrade The working schedule suits me well and allows me to have good work&life balance The atmosphere in the team is comfortable and supporting, the management is always responding whenever it's necessary to get in touch with them There is always a possibility for a professional growth and building a career I especially appreciate a possibility to learn something new through the trainings arranged for pur team by the management

      Pros

      Very cool team and a great atmosphere! We start the day with a smile and that's how we go home. Managers who go through fire for their team. Everyone helps each other where necessary. Only positive vibes!

      Pros

      A start-up atmosphere that allows you to pitch a lot of ideas, talk to everyone and learn at an incredibly fast pace. Work is plentiful and very rewarding. Love the opportunity to work with a small but incredible team, and learn from other teams as well. The management is very approachable, unlike in bigger companies, and they're always willing to let you try new things and expand your responsibilities.

      Cons

      The self-reliant autonomous atmosphere of certain roles might not work for people looking for a clear organization of processes.
