Love Alternative Workweek Schedule

eSUB has implemented 9/80 Alternative Workweek Schedule (AWS) in the last few months which has allowed employees more work home life balance with this added flexibility on top of a remote working environment! Great extra benefit.

Cons

There is not a current 401k match

Your input is important. Thank you for sharing your experience. eSUB is a smaller organization which can limit some of the benefit package options as opposed to some of it's larger organizational competitors. However, the 9/80 AWS has helped off set the inability to offer 401k match currently.
