      Pros

      - Great Directors - Good Training - Deep knowledge of technology markets they operate it - Awesome incentives - Fun environment - Genuine potential to earn good money very quickly - Genuine meritocracy

      Cons

      From my perspective there weren't many but if you don't like environment where expectations are high (and the pressure) then it may not be for you but if that's case recruitment is unlikely to be for you full stop.
