Pros
A good place to start. Rather well organized,Friendly people and general good atmosphere The new offices are a great place to work.Not great but rather flexible on working hours
Cons
Salary has stagnated for a while.The management can be sometimes difficult to work with. The segmentation of the departments can mean a working experience that will quickly feel limited and narrow, borderline boring by moments. The tools designed are rarely even seen in pictures by the designers after being drawn... Not very much in favor of remote work
