      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      - Very supportive management team - Provided learning tools to further advance skills - Get to participate in industry conferences - Work from home days - Wonderful people to work with and great company culture - Flex hours - Working in agile methodology, keeping up with the latest industry standards and technologies

      Cons

      - Sometimes might feel little bit stressed with tight deadlines but that's like any other agency - Timesheets, they are a pain to fill out but that's how clients know what they are getting billed for

      Pros

      -Management is genuinely supportive, approachable, and concerned with the well-being of their coworkers -Employees are actively encouraged to develop new skills and grow within the company -The people are really skilled and hard working (some have been with the company for a really long time) -A lot of mutual respect among coworkers and is a very positive space for women -Option to work from home and good benefits

      Cons

      -Both management and other staff are over-capacity at times (some coworkers are consistently over more than others, standard agency pain points) -Work is good but can be a bit "vanilla", likely due to the nature of our clients and the services they require (also budgetary constraints)
