Business outlook
Pros
The management team is AWESOME! They are a great team of people who care about the consultants, the company, and the clients equally. Flexible schedule - I work around my clients schedules so the work day is very flexible. Consultant Peer Support - Open Teams chat to reach out to other consultants for support.
Cons
The only con I can think of is some days are longer than others, but you have to expect this working with multiple-clients nationwide. There are some tough days working as a consultant, but then you have other days that are very rewarding.
