Former leadership was horrendous for retail. Brynley was not a leader, she is a "boss" who likes to make sure you know she was in charge.

Jump in and do what is needed to drive the business forward. Office politics don't exist, which is a breath of fresh air! Everyone wants to grow eyebobs and make sure customers are happy at the end of the day.

Cons

There is a lot to do, but that's the fun part!
