      Great Management and a Supportive Environment

      Pros

      Invests in the team. Mental well being is valued along with work life balance. Managers are transparent and direct. They want you to succeed even if it's not with the company. Benefits are incredible. PTO and Sick are separate banks and both accrue rather quickly Health was roughly $100 a month and dental and vision were free

      Cons

      Rental vehicles are a changing landscape, priorities shift. You have to be flexible. This is a customer facing role, you need to be patient. No real cons

      It's a small atmosphere, therefore your opinions and ideas matter. Fast paced, yet non-stressful. The people are all helpful and caring. Very talented and knowledgeable people in their respective fields. Just an all around great company and great group to work with!
