      Pros

      floLIVE is a warm and supportive place with robust growth, cool technology and great people. I feel my voice is heard, my questions are welcome and most importantly I don't have to be apologetic about having a life outside of work. Every day I am learning something new about the plethora of technologies used here. And one of the coolest things is that I get to use AI every day to work both on the code base and the documentation. I have a great relationship with my manager and teammates and very much enjoy diverse and thoughtful coworkers in other teams.

      Cons

      Growing pains, insufficient documentation, gradualy maturing infrastructure. The good news about the cons above is that as a technolgist I have a lot of work to do.
