Lovely atmosphere, great team, lots of opportunity for growth within the business. A small team, so you have a feel like your opinion is valued. There are whole-team lunches for birthdays, work anniversaries, new starters, leavers, big achievements and other occasions so you feel very included/appreciated. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Apprentices/school leavers are treated equally, and like normal colleagues. Not expected to make coffees and get dry cleaning, or condescended. Oh, and not to mention a company-paid christmas do abroad, that's definitely a pro.

I worked with helloU for around 14 months and could not have enjoyed my time there any more. The companies culture created an excellent working environment and the team is very much that....a team! Individual personalities always stand out in any environment but the team culture at helloU is the best I have experienced. Having watched them grow from a start up to a leader in their game, I would strongly recommend working with them.
