      I worked at iAngels for a total of 6.5 years in which I learned a lot and grew professionally greatly. It was my home and a great place to work at.

      A great team of professionals, small and friendly company, inspirational people, women led & fun to work at and very rewarding! And great location.

      There isn't really a down side I'm seeing at the moment.

      Great startup portfolio; respected CEO’s; strong US investor base

      Cons

      It was difficult to get feedback on work, often my boss would be too busy to answer questions for weeks. The CEO’s never spoke to anyone under VP level - intimidating and hierarchical culture.
