      Pros

      The company has so many great benefits for their employees and goes out of their way to take care of their employees. Aside from the benefits it's easy to get a start in the world of tech with iClassPro since I've met people there who started in customer support and moved there way to other roles within the company.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of would be that it's harder for you to be able to work from home in certain departments compared to others.

      - knowledgeable and helpful staff and engineers. - adequate onboarding process - decent work/life balance - lots of new technologies to learn and grow

      Cons

      - can be daunting learning the software/code-base, but engineers will help.
