      Good company with a great idea

      Pros

      Working for the company was a great experience. The original CEO ML was great to work with and created a great mobile platform. It was fun to invent things with the development crew.

      Cons

      One of the owners was a person who changed his mind daily. Probably due to the fact that he was intoxicated quite often. This made it difficult most days for development and sales. The CEO and COO did their best to handle his antics. He ran off a lot of great people.

      Pros

      The company provides a clean office, nice location, nice break room, and free coffee. That's the only good aspects I can think of.

      Cons

      This is a very stressful, monotonous job. Basically you do the EXACT same task every day of the week with little or no recognition from management. You are treated like an idiot (despite credentials) and your input and opinions mean nothing. There is a high turnover rate due to a terrible salary, condescending management, and little or no daily success with sales.

      Pros

      It was a great building with a great view. Close to downtown and was a easy paycheck. It was a great idea.

      Cons

      The owner is a drunk. Would come in High and drunk almost everyday. He could never make a decision and was either never there or there and on drugs.
