Provides nice employee events and perks including Lunch and Learns, CEU opportunities, Team building events

Cons

Limited movement between accounts once someone is trained. This seems to be getting better but is slow to change.

Very nice and helpful people

Cons

I didn't work there long because I was let go due to budget concerns, but in that short time I didn't see any downsides to working there. My only comment would be that multiple people were laid off abruptly.

Great sense of community and comradery. The people here genuinely care about each other.

Workload can be heavy at times but there are efforts to crosstrain members and distribute work evenly across the company
