      - great leadership, embrace company values + people first mentality - the product is best in market -> lots of investment has gone into getting it there - team is diverse, smart, fun. they're big on feedback culture. - flexible work environment, good work life balance, perks etc

      Cons

      areas of improvement: - more defined career paths for CSM team (specifically in R&R) - visibility on product updates and improvements + priorities

      Great benefits. Great product/ company. Supportive environment. Flexible work schedule. Hire within and want to promote and give raises. Free lunches. They do a lot of employee events. The culture is really great and my work/ life balance has never been better.

      Some teams have to go in 3 days
