      Pros

      Pay can be very good. Annual raise matches performance. Good environment and people. 3 days remote. Good management and trust on employees.

      Cons

      8,5 work hours with half an hour for break. High performance expectations. Too specialized (Minimal standard SAP usage)

      Pros

      Senior Management is approachable, friendly and always there to hear your thoughts/problems and find solutions. There is room for development both technically as well as in terms of career growth. The CEO is a great person that cares for his employees and their well-being.

      Cons

      Maybe in some cases the toolset is not the most up-to-date for the market standards. There is not always a clear path in terms of onboarding/training, but the company has made significant steps lately holding many meetings/discussions about progression/technical milestones.
