Pros

Over the last year, the agency has been filled with more experts that are dedicated to continuing imre's growth as the AOR choice for clients.

Cons

As with any company who is growing (big or small), there are of course growing pains. While perceived by many as a "con", it is standard for any company. I've listed it here as a con, but I'll tell you I've worked at many agencies, large and small, and EVERY one of them has similar issues in their own way. That's just the nature of the industry we chose to work in.

Comfortable offices in 3 cities for those who want that, but also awesome work from anywhere policies. Great creative legacy. Awesome people. In my experience, the only health agency that actually knows how to do social.

Cons

Process is a work in progress. Some of the people who have been here a long time are super-resistant to change. But it seems like there are more and more new people.
