Pros
- High level mentorship, that makes you want to do more
- Mentors/managers are really the examples, they ask the things they do, and they warn you regarding things they don't. I like that it is not just saying and not doing it.
- Office is cozy, age average is quite young (around 25), it makes it quite dynamic
- Side benefits are quite good, gives an additional 10 days of vac in your first year.
- Direct opportunity to create dialogues with seniors, even partners with in the company, thanks to meritocracy
- It is a place for those who want to work, not just coming and going back home. This is super important in my opinion, since it builds your character as well.
- great career opportunities if you are honest, hardworking and initiative
Cons
- Sometimes quite busy, and unplanned tasks may pop up, which is normal considering the pace of the company's growth
- Since the working group is quite young, some aspects of professionalism are currently being deployed. Should have no issues in 1-2 years.
- Base salary might be higher
