      Classic startup - it is what you make of it

      - Lots of freedom - Lots of learnings and personal development - Very multicultural

      Cons

      - Low salary - Lack of guidance (you need to be very independent and take your own initiatives, but if you do - the sky is kindof the limit)

      - Easy going atmosphere with flat hierarchy - Great founders - Great developers team led by superb CTO - No sick working hours - Nice and big office

      Cons

      Office is nice but compared to the old one in x-berg the location is not as attractive

      - Lots of opportunities to be involved in different projects, the company is small and you can easily interact with the management team - Great company culture, we always have Friday drinks and company socials. Everyone's quite young so it's a very dynamic and fun environment - You get to work in a straightforward environment where you get to take a lot of ownership

      Cons

      - Be prepared to work hard, this is not your usual 9-5 job
