Great people. Great company culture

Cons

Sanoma company culture was poor. Sanoma had a very poor attitude towards the US and the US market, which became apparent when they shut down the market which also contained their largest customer.

- Great co-workers - company gathering in Norway - less red tape with a small company - mission and making a difference - collaboration - great healthcare benefits!!

Cons

- no 401k match (typical of small companies, but still a downer) - payroll once a month
