      Great up and coming company in the Hampton Roads Area with lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      No performance based year-end bonus. However, stock options are generous.

      Pros

      ivWatch is dedicated to improving patient safety and has positioned itself for rapid growth with its innovative technology. Management has hired great talent and are always looking for strong contributors to join the team! Management truly cares about ALL employees which is evident in the culture and fun environment. As a new employee, I have found the onboarding process to be the best I've experienced in my career. Everyone has been very welcoming and willing to train. Cross functional teams work well together and there is open communication at all levels within the organization.
