Pros
While working for Dex Media I have had the opportunity to work in many different departments from sales to marketing to training. Within each position I have been able to enhance my skills and gain a tremendous knowledge of the business. Dex Media offers many opportunities that allow you to contribute and use your skills to make the company better. There has been quite a bit of change within the company but we have been able to stay on the cutting edge of what SMBs need in order to benefit from an ever changing world of advertising.
Cons
Just as in any company, there are challenges and obstacles. I would say that the only part of working for Dex Media that I would consider a "con" is the fact that there are times when the workload can get very heavy.
